Driven by carbon neutrality strategies and green manufacturing trends, the garment and textile industry is rapidly transforming toward intelligent, low-energy, and flexible production models. This paper focuses on intelligent control systems for garment and textile machinery designed to support zero-carbon objectives. It analyzes key technologies related to energy optimization, automation control, production scheduling, and data management. The study shows that integrating Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), artificial intelligence algorithms, and energy monitoring systems can effectively reduce energy consumption, improve equipment coordination efficiency, and enhance manufacturing flexibility and resource utilization, providing technical support for sustainable textile industry development.
