Working Principle
The full name is the GQ-type tubular clarification separator;
it is specifically designed for solid–liquid two-phase clarification. It operates by utilizing an ultra-high rotational speed to generate a strong centrifugal force, and by leveraging the density difference between the solid and liquid phases to achieve the separation of ultrafine solid particles. This equipment is well-suited for treating low-concentration suspensions containing fine particles with minimal density differences.
I.Core Structure (Separation Core Components):
Transmission System: Motor + pulley + flexible upper main shaft, with the upper section suspended for drive; the bottom of the drum is equipped with a damping floating bearing to provide vibration damping and shaft stabilization during high-speed operation.
Rotating drum: A vertical cylindrical body equipped with 4 axial finned plates (distributor plates), which rapidly drives the material liquid to rotate at high synchronous speed, thereby eliminating slip.
Feed inlet: The central feed inlet located at the bottom of the machine body, through which the liquid feed enters the rotating drum vertically upward.
Top collection tray: Single-channel discharge; collects only the clarified liquid phase (distinct from the GF liquid–liquid dual-outlet configuration).
Machine casing and frame: sealed protection; allows for complete disassembly of the rotating drum for debris removal.
