Flexible tuning for crude soybean oil with varied gum and moisture content improves oil clarity, reduces water and soapstock entrainment and achieves well‑separated discharge of oil, water and solid phases.
■ Optimized gentle feeding structure reduces turbulence when crude soybean oil enters bowl, minimizes oil emulsification, lowers oil loss caused by emulsion layer and improves overall soybean oil recovery rate to save valuable soybean raw materials.
■ Perfectly fits standard soybean oil workflow, installed after hydration degumming reactor to process hydrated crude soybean oil mixture. Decanter‑treated crude oil feeds to disc stack separator for further polishing, soapstock and meal residues are discharged separately, forming complete soybean oil pretreatment chain.
■ The model processing capacity covers the range of 500‑5000L/H, with products available from small‑scale test models to large‑scale 100‑ton‑grade industrial soybean oil production lines. Customized inlet and outlet interfaces are supported, compatible with customers' existing pressing / leaching and refining production lines to reduce capital expenditure for production line retrofitting.
