■ Screw flights reinforced with hard‑alloy wear‑resistant coating to resist continuous erosion from feather debris in chicken fat and hard insect shell particles in insect oil. It reduces wearing‑part replacement frequency for continuous rendering industrial production.
■ High‑precision special differential drive delivers stable controllable bowl‑screw differential speed. Dryness of chicken and insect residues is adjustable. Continuous solid discharge is maintained under feed viscosity and solid‑content fluctuation to lower blockage‑shutdown probability.
■ Optimized low‑turbulence feeding structure delivers material gently into bowl chamber, reduces violent turbulence of chicken fat and high‑protein insect slurry, minimizes emulsification and cuts fat loss from emulsion layer to improve overall fat recovery.
■ Moisture content of discharged solid residues is controllable. Separated chicken protein sludge and insect protein residue can be sold as protein feed material, realizing animal by‑product resource utilization and increasing extra profit for rendering plant.
