Product Application

Decanter centrifuges are widely applied in multiple industries, including but not limited to:
1. Chemical and Light Industry: titanium dioxide, starch, citric acid, gypsum slurry, diatomaceous earth, waste oil purification, etc.

Product Information

■ Equipped with a plant protein-specific low-temperature control system with full-process precise temperature control ≤35℃, it inhibits protein thermal denaturation caused by centrifugal friction temperature rise. It maximally retains protein bioactivity, solubility and functional properties, stably maintains high NSI value and solves low protein solubility problems in the industry.
■ Equipped with a high-precision adjustable overflow weir system, it precisely adjusts parameters according to different material characteristics of high-starch pea protein, high-colloid soybean protein, oily peanut protein and fine-grain rice protein. It scientifically balances purification accuracy, activity retention and extraction yield.
■ Deeply adapted to the whole process of soybean protein acid precipitation, extraction and concentration, it accurately separates soybean fiber, modified starch and suspended colloid to enrich active soybean protein components. It improves soybean isolated protein yield and purity, reduces whey protein loss and increases economic benefits.
■ The low-disturbance uniform feeding system ensures stable and even slurry feeding, eliminating turbulence, bubbles and protein emulsification caused by high-speed feeding. It stabilizes the protein slurry system and avoids delamination, flocculation and denaturation to ensure consistent protein quality.
