Product Information
■ DPFX series nozzle separator is a kindof high speed, high precision andhigh efficiency continuous dischargeseparator. Several nozzles are installedoutside of the bowl wall. Insoluble solidswhich deposit in the sediment chamber.
■ Equipped with replaceable wear-resistant nozzles with optional apertures according to material solid content and particle size. It flexibly adjusts slag discharge volume and separation precision, adapting to complex high-solid and fine-particle slurry conditions with multi-condition versatility.
■ The dynamically balanced high-speed bowl and disc stack ensure extremely low vibration, low noise and high stability. Long-term high-speed operation maintains constant separation parameters, ensuring highly consistent clarity, purity and solid content indicators for each batch.
■ Optimized low-temperature rise control technology for heat-sensitive materials such as fermentation products, protein and grease ensures low temperature rise during high-speed operation. It avoids thermal denaturation, activity loss and color darkening, retaining the original quality and functional characteristics of materials.
