■ The fermentation liquid-specific low-disturbance separation system features gentle feeding and low shear force without damaging organic acid and bacterial activity. It thoroughly separates mycelium, protein suspended residue and colloidal sediment. The purified clear liquid greatly reduces the load of subsequent decolorization, concentration and crystallization procedures.
■ The core nozzles are made of high-hardness wear-resistant alloy with optional and replaceable apertures for different solid content conditions. It realizes high-flow anti-clogging discharge for high-concentration slurry and precise impurity removal for low-concentration materials, balancing discharge efficiency and separation accuracy with long-term wear resistance.
