Product Information
■ DPFX series nozzle separator is a kindof high speed, high precision andhigh efficiency continuous dischargeseparator. Several nozzles are installedoutside of the bowl wall. Insoluble solidswhich deposit in the sediment chamber.
■ The nozzle separator is a disc-type continuous centrifugal separation equipment. It realizes classification and clarification through high-speed rotating bowl and precision disc stack, and continuously discharges solid slag through outer rim nozzles without shutdown. It supports solid-liquid two-phase and oil-water-solid three-phase separation, widely used in food, starch, fermentation, grease and fine chemical industries.
■ It supports integrated oil-water-solid three-phase separation with optimized logic for crude palm oil and vegetable oil. It synchronously intercepts solid impurities, removes free moisture and enriches pure oil, realizing one-step crude oil pre-refining, shortening processing flow and improving overall oil yield.
■ Optimized for heat-sensitive materials, the low-temperature gentle separation process features low centrifugal temperature rise. It completely retains active ingredients such as fermentation products, protein and grease, avoiding thermal denaturation and oxidative deterioration to ensure stable product quality.
